  1. 01

    Who is responsible

Shiki (shikimoe_), a private individual based in Poland working as unregistered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana). Contact: shikimoe.art@gmail.com — that address is also where you can exercise any of the rights below.

  2. 02

    What is collected

Only what you send me yourself: the email address or social handle you write from, the description and references for your commission, and the payment confirmation my payment provider or bank passes on. I do not ask for any data beyond what an order needs.

  3. 03

Why, and on what legal basis

To agree on and deliver your commission — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) — and to keep records of completed orders for accounting and possible claims — Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.

    This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and contains no trackers or embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from this domain, so opening the page sends no data to anyone else.

  5. 05

    Who else sees your data

PayPal or my bank when you pay, and X (Twitter) or Google (Gmail) if you contact me there. Each of them processes your data under its own privacy policy, which I do not control.

  6. 06

    How long it is kept

Order correspondence is kept for the duration of the commission and for up to 5 years afterwards, which is the retention period for settling accounts and claims under Polish law. After that it is deleted.

  7. 07

    Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).
